ahhhh..... just came back from my cousin's wedding.
hm.. no no.. not cousin... she is my grandma's brother's granddaughter.
dinner was GOOD!!!!!!
i was quite close to them when i was in primary school, cos her brother used to stay at my house for a period of time. hehe. i remembered she bought me a large bowling set!!! those days were really great... because when i rolled the ball, i managed to hit down some pins.
HOWEVER, today... if you ask me to go bowling... the ball will most probably go into the long-gang (a.k.a. side drain).
the only recent time i managed to get a fairly nice score was when i went bowling with elaine.
oh my tian... i ask her to teach me how to roll my ball such that it can hit at least one pin, she
teach me how to do modelling?!!?!?!!
GOSH! that day she was teaching me how to pose when i bowl. like some modelling school like that lah! you know when professionals bowl, then will cross their legs and stick out an arm and look very very serious?? she was teaching me THAT! (wad you expect... she's a national bowler!!)
it's really embarrasing when i pose until so professional and then hardly hit any pins. OH YA... the BEST thing was there was a bowling competition a few lanes down.... that means real professionals posing nicely and actually hitting the pins. just a few lanes away... oh.... how embarrasing.
it didnt really work out for me until she lent me her wrist guard thingy... it's to ensure that your wrist doesnt bend. so the pose and the wrist thingy combined was quite good. sheesh... bowling is tough and boring!! but it's quite fun when i finally hit the pins :)
