sheesh! today is a really long day!!
morning:
i attended this entrepreneur forum at Ngee Ann Poly. there was an indoor "waterfall" which caused the unexpected breakdown of the aircon at the backrow. i was telling terry (softly) how temperature hot i was feeling... and shortly after, the service people in suits brought a huge fan and placed it right behind me. WOAH! damn paiseh! maybe they heard me... hm...
afternoon:
Dad got free tickets from HSBC to the screening of The Dark Knight (batman) @ Cathay... so i left the forum halfway and headed for dohby goht. apparently all the other TJCians also left the forum. sweet... woah! the show was surprisingly good!! It's the best batman movie ever! Heath Ledger is a superb actor!! really superb!! but pity... if not i think he would have won many many awards. the only bad thing about the show is that it is soooo looong! my bladder could have burst if the show was any longer. hm, but i think i huo gai lah.. i went to steal the popcorn and coke from the other unoccupied seats (the bank sponsor popcorn and coke mah... and placed 1 set on every seat).
evening:
shop and had late lunch at plaza sing. i met ruoen from my primary school at the traffic light. it's kinda weird you know... i didnt recognize her by her looks... she changed almost completely... but there was a feeling inside that told me that she is ruoen the moment i saw her. i guess it was the same for her too. we havent met since p6.
(Is this called true friendship- having a very familiar feeling when we meet despite having seperated for years?)
anyway we had a little conversation and i headed to ikea to buy a new study table and chair. why do i need a new study table and chair???
